MyPaperForms is a hosted online form application. You can create as many surveys, inspections or forms as you want, select the type of input for each question including text, notes field, condition (good/fair/poor), drop down list, radio buttons etc. Once you have downloaded the application you will be given a unique web address where you can use your login to access your forms from any computer, and also create new forms.

As soon as you complete a form in the field on your iPad it is immediately available via the web portal, this means people in your office can access the forms as soon as you complete them.

Direct from the app email finished forms to customers, or colleagues, and also print direct from the iPad to a compatible printer.
